Oil and Gas Law
My undergraduate degree is in business with a major in Petroleum Land Management from the University of Texas.
I have worked as a Landman and as General Counsel to an oil and gas company and contract operations company for many years, handling their land and legal work.
In that time I have helped structure oil and gas transactions of every size and description, from the simple to the complex.
I have represented mineral owners and Fortune 500 companies.
I am often asked to comment on the lottery. Watch my most recent media interview with KFOR news in Oklahoma City in March 2021 as the Powerball and Megamillions lottery pools grew to over $500 million each.
Conflict Resolution
I bring over 34 years of experience in construction, oil and gas, and business law to my mediation, arbitration, and expert testimony services.
In arbitration, my training allows me to render swift decisions in business-related disputes, often faster and more efficiently than larger services.
Additionally, I serve as an expert witness in Oklahoma courts, offering insights on matters like attorney fee awards and the actions of oil and gas operators.
